An almost flat hike of about 24 km to Ledigos. The first 17 km there is nothing. No village, no water source, nothing at all, except a dusty straight path.

A solid climb to two of the highest points on the Camino, La Cruz de Hierro and shortly thereafter Collado De Las Antenas. Followed by a steep descent to El Acebo.

Still 13 km to descent till Ponferrada. Then 18 km flat to Cacabelos.route23profiel
